The Diablo 2: Resurrected is on the verge of release, and gaming fans are undoubtedly excited. However,
this version comes with one feature minus what you saw in the original game. The feature, which will not
be included, does not make a difference because, in most instances, fans would not have even realized the
absence. If you are a bit curious, we would like to say that TCP/IP multiplayer will no more feature, and
Blizzard says they can cause a security risk. This means that fans who play online will be limited to
    dedicated Blizzard servers.
There was a press release for the game from Blizzard, and it was at the bottom of the FAQ that the
explanation was given. The question was about the game's open beta, and that is when Blizzard
announced the reasons for this feature to be excluded. It had some utility because it allowed players of the
original Diablo 2 to play multiplayer via LAN or other peer-to-peer connections. These options existed
alongside the official Blizzard servers, and now they have been removed.
It was also in a blog post that the revelation came, and they had a careful deliberation on this matter. The
team had to say that they had identified potential security risks and hence decided to discontinue in mind
the player's experience safety. This is a sharp contrast from the interview Diablo franchise head Rod
Fergusson had given earlier this year. At that time, he had said that the feature would be included in the
    final game.
There were more revelations from Blizzard, and they state that fans can expect more changes in Diablo 2.
Firstly they pointed out that the new game is a remaster and not a remake. They are hard at work,
stressing the need to improve the visuals of the game. The intention is to make some slight quality-of-life
improvements without changing what players loved about the original. It is in quick time that fans can
have some access to this game. The Diablo 2: Resurrected early access beta commences on August 13th.
This is for fans who preorder the game on any platform but excluding Nintendo Switch. The open beta
starts on August 20 th .
The Diablo 2: Resurrected beta comes just this month, and the big release awaits fans on September 23rd.
This is a piece of good news amid a range of lawsuits, which the company has had to deal with lately. At
last, the news flow seems to be good for Blizzard.
